Very central location and better food than most places
- The swimming pools - The bar is pretty good - The food is ok
- One tiny elevator for all guests! this can be quite stressing if you are travelling with kids as the elevator is always busy during breakfast and dinner and taking the stairs is not always an option. - One night we needed and extra pillow for our daughter and nobody from the staff had keys to the room where they are stored, we were told to wait till next day when the cleaners were back duh!

Exceptional
I really liked the breakfast and dinner, there was a big variety of options for vegans and vegetarians. The location is amazing because it takes only a two minute walk to reach the haven and the restaurants and clubs so you never have to worry about how you're getting back to the hotel at night. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I liked the rooms as well, they had everything I needed.
